Cheques can be made to either Green Journey Therapy or Spencer Walker.
3. Virtual Options
Clients attending in person sessions may choose to provide payment (within 24 hours of session) using any of the Virtual Options listed below.
Virtual Options
1. Client Portal (quickest option)
Add your Credit Card number to your Client Portal to be automatically charged after each attended session.

2. Invoice
Invoices will be emailed following your attended session and will include an embedded payment link.

Clients have to option to pay using their Canadian bank account directly.
Clients have the option to save cards or banking information for preauthorized billing once their receive their first invoice.
3. Other Payment Options

Private Programs - eg. YMCA program funding, private school funding.
Individual Direct
Invoices can be sent to individuals (eg. client’s parent, family member, case worker).
Additional Information
Payment must be received within 24 hours of your appointment time.
Green Journey Therapy does not accept cash payments.
Green Journey Therapy does not offer direct billing to insurance companies. Clients can pay using one of the accepted payment options and submit the receipt to their insurance company for reimbursement (subject to individual insurance plan).
All payment options will include a payment receipt which you can submit to your extended health benefits plan for reimbursement (based on your individual plan).
Payments processed securely through Stripe and Helcim. Green Journey Therapy does not store credit card information directly.
