My integrative therapeutic approach is adaptable for different types of communication and attention styles. I incorporate art, drama, movement, play, and talk methods in order to find a way of working that suits you! I completed a Master of Arts in Creative Arts Therapies (Drama Therapy option) from Concordia University in 2020, which allowed me to train with children and adults with disabilities and medical conditions. My therapeutic experience began at the Centre for Arts in Human Development in Montreal, facilitating group and individual drama therapy sessions for adults with developmental disabilities. Additionally, I worked both individually and with patient groups in the Child Psychiatry Day Treatment Program at the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal. In 2019, I worked as a Drama Therapy Researcher at Easter Seals Camp Horizon in Bragg Creek, Alberta studying caregiver burnout in young adults as well as working with children and adults with various types of disabilities and medical conditions.
